Zwift home screen redesign
Zwift is an online training platform for runners and cyclists to explore, train, and compete in virtual worlds. I led a complete overhaul of the game app home screen to help members discover and join experiences to have fun while reaching their fitness goals. Results showed a faster free trial to subscription conversion, more members joining social experiences, and increased participation in multi-week challenges.
Zwift club event creation tool
Zwift's club owners needed a way to create and share their events to ride or run with their crew and encourage participation. I led UX design, creating a simple and engaging experience, and nesting more advanced configuration options for more granular control. Results showed a large volume of community led events being created, high social engagement, and positive community feedback for this long requested feature.
Meltwater's product suite navigation
The Meltwater product suite needed new information architecture and menu interaction design to make it easier to navigate, improve onboarding experiences, and provide new opportunities for personalization. I led UX design, supporting the effort from kick-off to release in direct partnership with Product, Research, and Engineering. Results included a new technical service that massively reduced tech debt, new design system components, and most importantly rapid customer self-opt-in adoption.
Meltwater media monitoring dashboards
Meltwater's media monitoring dashboard experience needed a new user experience approach to allow PR and marketing professionals to monitor brand sentiment and gather industry insights. I led UX and UI design, leveraging and contributing to our maturing design system. Results included improvements to navigation, input control, customization, data display, sharing, and reporting capabilities.
