This social media strategy was created for Cheers to enhance marketing efforts using various social media platforms. In addition to this strategy I created a Facebook business page for which I remain an administrator, and consultant.
To assist with connecting to their local customers I created a business page for the Midway Cafe, a popular destination for live music of all varietys, with a no frills attitude and a sound system that you can hear down the block.

La Fete catering, a company based out of Natick MA was interested to enter the social media realm, this presentation was designed for the initial meeting to highlight the benefits of building an online community, what competitors were up to, and how to best engage with their audience.
Over the course of two months I followed the social media efforts of three companies to learn more about ways that people can engage with their customer. The three companies that I chose were BP America, Zappos, and Jet Blue
